The location is excellent. It allowed very easy access to many key attractions. The hotel is near two subway stations. My room had water and ice available. Refillable bottles were provided.
The check-in process was rushed. I was not informed about all amenities.

adequate location, disappointing room
mold issue empty minibar
The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was not up to standard. i found the bathroom had a persistent mold issue, and the shower head leaked constantly. the minibar was also empty upon arrival, frustrating.

quality coffee helpful staff
The business center offered a great workspace, and i found the coffee and tea there to be of high quality. i appreciated how helpful the staff were. They provided useful information and supplies when requested. late check-out was also offered, a service i found very kind.
the room fan could not be turned off. it was a bit noisy.
